Easy to get a job with, easy to stay with the company, and usually plenty of hours to work.

Cons

You typically receive 1/2 the hourly rate as the other guys (including Allied Burton), poor workers are almost never fired, a few people don't know how to read or write English, no communication between headquarters and the sites you will provide security for.

Starting pay was higher then most security jobs in the area Monday-Friday 8am-430pm Raises after probation to 14.5 and then 16.5 after 6 months and a review

Cons

Boss wasn't professional and was hard on everyone but the ones who deserved it. Staff had it out for us due to managements attitude toward them. No team environment
