G4S is a MNC but operated like a indian small scale company. there is no role of HR in people development, no trainings for skill enhancement., not using any new technologies.

Weekends and Holidays off. Set schedule. Time off not an issue if requested in advance and management communicated their expectations clearly.

Cons

Expensive benefits costs, low salary, added pressure for profit expectations without any reward for it. No education reimbursement. No bonuses for hitting monthly goals.
