Poor management in place. The quality of the company has declined, both in the hiring of officers and the management team. If you decide to fill in at a new post (location) or work overtime at your normal post, it's common for paychecks to be incorrect and it often takes an unacceptable amount of time to resolve and get the additional money owed. At times managers have shown favoritism towards other employees when attempting to get extra work to make up for the low pay. •It's understandable how at times errors can be made with wages although we often find shortages in our wages when we work overtime especially at different posts. •There are no raises. I've seen guards get a .12 cent raise in 6 years. •There are no snow days or sick days given at any time during your employment causing further lose of income. •There are no paid holidays given at any time during your employment causing further lose of income. Clearly, a second job is needed to survive. In general, this is a difficult industry to make a career.
