You will get your hours If you don't like one site, you can always move to another Same applies for pay; you can turn down a site in favor of one with higher pay Co workers are generally good people and easy to work with Good pay for relatively easy work Not too much micromanagement Good job security
Cons
The position of "Flex Officer" while better paying than a regular full time position, has an employee work full time hours for an extended period, which is fine, but you can be pulled from a site or replaced with very little notice if someone is willing to take your position full time for less pay. Not much in the way of career advancement, unless you are able to get one of the rare home office positions or a site manager position No raises Poor health plan
