      After a year of working for this company you are rewarded a $0.25 raise

      Cons

      Poorly managed No team ethic Employee's set new hires up for failure by training them improperly Certain employees feel that they are "Entitled" and are too good to do certain jobs. Lazy employee's create more work for employee's who actually do their job correctly. In the past year I've seen over 30 employee's come and go, with such a high turnover rate it makes you wonder what is really going on here.

      Pros

      The site that I worked at was easy going and with previous military experience I got in and advanced to supervisor in a little over a year.

      Cons

      For the work being done you can't really complain about the pay. But when you're a supervisor and more then half of your crew is making more than you there's something wrong.

      Awful culture. Lying about bonuses. No vision. Focus on winning business not retaining it. Only KPIs are profit and pipeline for next three months.
