Poorly managed No team ethic Employee's set new hires up for failure by training them improperly Certain employees feel that they are "Entitled" and are too good to do certain jobs. Lazy employee's create more work for employee's who actually do their job correctly. In the past year I've seen over 30 employee's come and go, with such a high turnover rate it makes you wonder what is really going on here.
