Pros

Pay starts at 10.12 goes up to 11.67 after three years Has good healthcare and 401k Tuition assistance but only if your schooling matches what your job description entails

Cons

Horrible Management Takes forever to advance training is not good. total is 3 weeks but the management doesn't do the training officers do who have no knowledge. Lots of gossip in this field even with the managers Tough to get any help from human resources if your having trouble at work like harassment.

Pros

National Security Integrator with the ability to tackle large multi-million dollar complex projects. Engineering team is 2nd to none. New upper management in place to help grow the company and build a service organization. Pay and benefits are commensurate with the competition.

Cons

Transition form older management style is cumbersome and taking a long time. Various departments don'e always play well with each other.

Pros

Very easy to get hired if you have related previous experience or qualifications, they especially like to target military veterans or previous law enforcement experience.

Cons

Plays a shell game when it comes to pay, will only pay minimum wage during 1st week of training, tries to initially pay you with a fee riddled debit card, hours paid don't always make sense. One week I worked a $10/hr rate position for 40 hours and offered extra time at a post that earned $14 an hour. My overtime while worked at the $14/hr post was paid at the $10/hr post rate. They were taking significantly too much money out of my pay to pay towards my child support than they actually paid to the child support court.
