      Pros

      I worked for g4s for 4 years and my co workers were great.

      Cons

      Money. Went part-time and was told did not qualify for a raise. Hired in New officers which eliminated hours for me. Bringing in new officers at $3/hr more than I was making being there 4 years.

      The job is being done independently and shifts are going fast. You get to experience how it's like working alone when all the responsibility falls only on you.

      Cons

      This job may be dangerous in case you get involved in a real-time situation. working alone in an eight-hours shift may be boring for some people.
