      Dynamic, fast growing, A very strong leadership, Leader in organized retailing in India, Large presence, Motivated bunch of employeed.

      Cons

      The speed of working is so fast like you feel that you are boarding an Express train. So, all you guys if you are used to working in slow paced companies, you will find it very hard to adjust.
