      Best place for Freshers who want to know brands! Best place for people who believe in sticking to long term stable goals! BEST CEO, BEST TOP(BAND 5) MANAGEMENT! employee loyalty pays!

      Top management too much busy, and unable to see band 3D to 4B doing what? too many teams involved in same-many this at same time! Power in hands of manager to favor few/ exploit few others! People on floor are sometimes more qualified than people sitting in offices, Under-utilization of Qualified people into sales/operation/ while managerial/analytical skills suffer!
