Pros

Not only is Fulbright a great place to work during your designated grant period, but the US State Department also made other funding opportunities available. With the support of Fulbright and the State Department, it was possible to provide a greater variety of educational opportunities to my students.

Cons

Ultimately, Fulbright is a huge organization with many different types of grantees and employees. It's very easy to get lost in the mix and there's not a lot of easy career development.
