A very open work environment Gives lot of flexibility in exploring new areas Global reach Top level mgmt trying to convey the company vision across the board

Cons

Not a pay master No benefits what so ever No training/ No employee retention programs High Attrition Poor or No HR policy - HR is just a team for name sake doing the mandatory HR for govt compliance. Mouth piece of management

Excellent launch pad, great working environment, several speaking opportunities based on your personal expertise, good place to get your name on press release on google search. To appreciate the opportunity better you have to stay in the company for at least 3 years.

Cons

Relatively low salary, remote management is not effective at times, top heavy. Need for external professional trainers. Lack of uniform policies across its several global offices.
