A wonderful start to my professional life..... F&S are great employers

1. F&S employees are friendly and made me feel at ease, considering this was my first job 2. The atmosphere is very professional yet not intimidating 3. My superiors were willing to go the extra mile to help me understand the job, what was expected of me and how to tackle issues that I may face during my tenure 4. During my short tenure, I was asked to travel. All travel and stay arrangements were well-coordinated and comfortable 5. Working hours are usually regular and reliable. 6. Reasonable number and time of breaks in-between work hours 7. Deadlines are not overly strenuous or too frequent

Cons

I cant think of any..... There are little things like transfer of PF, exit interview, etc. which they may need to work on. Also, they do not provide pick up and drop for their employees. However, that was not a concern for me as I was working only during normal office hours.

Not many systems and processes in place. Need to leverage new technologies to enhance value to customers. Need to create systems that allow for rapid learning.
