      Okay place to start, but get out once you have learnt enough

      Pros

      Great opportunity to get into business consulting business if you come from a non-consulting background. Picked up qutie a bit of consulting skills that is very relevant to my current job. Generally good working relationship within team.

      Cons

      The company is very small compared to other established competitors in the marketplace. It has a very distinct amongst its customers and competitors as an "Indian" company. No clear strategy to win in the market. Lousy office decor

      Pros

      F&S provides a useful entry to consulting for junior employees or people without an MBA. F&S provides limited training and is a fairly unstructured environment, but for those who enjoy a challenge and being thrown in "at the deep end" is an interesting place to work.

      Cons

      Very poor management: no focus on detail and no internal processes. Successful delivery of projects, reports etc is entirely dependent on the ability of the individuals working on it. Quality is very variable
