Pros
Great opportunity to get into business consulting business if you come from a non-consulting background. Picked up qutie a bit of consulting skills that is very relevant to my current job. Generally good working relationship within team.
Cons
The company is very small compared to other established competitors in the marketplace. It has a very distinct amongst its customers and competitors as an "Indian" company. No clear strategy to win in the market. Lousy office decor
