Pros

Lack of leadership from Senior Management, thus allowing freedom to employees.

Cons

Where can I start?!! I couldn't understand half of the things that were being said by senior management from India. I literally had to spend 2 solid months just trying to understanding their slang and accent... and that's just the beginning! And working long hours and on weekends were a complete waste of effort when Frost will just bring in new consultants from India with the mental capacity of an intern who will eventually get paid twice as much as a local consultant. It was a no-win situation.

Pros

Independence is great. Optimists call this non interference in your work, freedom to plan and manage, entrepreneurial set up, pessimists call this chaos, no direction, no clear instructions I personally feel, if you want a job where your boss is not breathing over your shoulder all the time and you are given ample opportunity to plan and manage your time and projects, this is it

Cons

Independence has a down side too - as I said. Sometimes it becomes difficult to tell if your boss is giving you freedom or is in competent and that is why is not managing you or directing you Apart from this there are very specific drawbacks - Very indian by culture - indian top management, favouritism, small mentality when it comes to silly things such as entering office at 9 or 915 AM in the morning. When I was inducted I was told 'frost does not give you anything except your salary'. I 100% agree on that. Salary is not fair, no internal equity - based on favoritism again although they have an eye wash in the form of career path - but it is not followed ever.
