Pros

In this competitive environment that is consulting Frost & Sullivan global operation has been showing double digit growth in the past few years. This set an exciting platform for career development whether as a stepping stone or for growth within the organisation.

Cons

Unfortunately the recruitment, training policy and packages do not reflect the vision set by a management that care too little for its employees.

Pros

Work and life balance if you know how to manage time and resources for your projects. Plenty of time for self teaching.

Cons

Profit sharing doesn't exist. High turnover rate. Supporting units (Financial, HR, MIS etc.) lack respect for people from revenue-generating business units.
