Pros

Over the last two years, the pros have been eroding. While the work-life balance remains good and the leave policy is decent, finding other positives has become increasingly difficult.

Cons

1. This company is an absolute wreck. 2. The obsession with incomprehensible jargon and ludicrous company-wide meetings which in itself is a complete waste of time for the employees. All this chatter about "growth" is a total farce when the company itself is not growing. 3. "Internal Challenges" are a nightmare with office politics, no pay raises for two years, and a pitiable excuse of variable pay. This year, they'll surely use the recession as their latest scapegoat. 4. Where are the data visualization tools? This company's lifeblood is data, along with its analysis and visualization. Yet, we're still stuck preparing basic bar charts. 5. The company has delusions of grandeur while offering the lowest pay (No exaggerations) in the industry among "Branded" MNCs operating in this space. 6. The two owners and two managing partners are seriously out of touch. The CEO's approval rating is a dismal 27%, worse than many unpopular politicians. 7. The environment here is not great, with morale at an all-time low. Employees are jumping ship left and right, as well as employees getting laid off, and it's clear that management has no clue how to stop the bleeding.

Cons

Too many to even list. Low salary, Horrible leadership, My computer is 8 years old, The one CEO, Frigstad, has the emotional IQ of a kumquat and the intellectual IQ of a ... well, kumquat, strategy of hope and desperation, no one on the executive team dares to criticize the emperor with no clothes. They keep laying people off with no end in sight.
