Vibrant young people coming together to excel in respective industries. Teaches you how to think critically of the industry you're in, and serves as a great place to kick start career

Cons

After 3 years of carrying my department, working as project manager with little to no supervision, there was no whiff of career advancement. Didnt feel comfortable to bring the conversation on the table due to very top-down management. Hopefully things have changed now since the pandemic.
