- Learn from the experts in the industry - Flexibility in terms of hours and remote work - You’re given a lot of freedom and independence as long as you deliver good work. - Competitive salary

Cons

- The company brand and assets feel VERY outdated - The top management doesn’t seem to handle well the employees’ morale which translated into significant employee turnover and a general lack of motivation - Almost no teambuilding activities and the teams is spreaded across Europe. - The bonus scheme during the year that I worked was designed in a way for you not to get the bonus :)
