      40 hours a week, for now.

      Cons

      The people that actually make the product have no value to the company. The pay is stagnant, there are high school kids making only slightly less per hour than Freudenberg pays in the area.

      I had self autonomy and was left to get the job done on my own time

      No job security and i was laid off the week before Chirstmas due to cut backs.
