Most people are very kind and open. Easy to communicate with. Pay is pretty good. You really feel part of a team, once you get settled.

Cons

The production manager I reported to was the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with in my life, to this day. Don't care about your children/families or the care you need to provide them with during working hours. Lots of broken promises.

Cons

Overall, lack of upward mobility, both in position and is responsibility and authority. Work becomes boring after a few years.
