Pros

The company has a good salary structure and gives support towards the education of workers. The environment is decent and safe. There is a lot of overtime for hourly paid workers.

Cons

I have not spent up to a year, there is nothing to say as a disadvantage at present.

Pros

Most of the people who work at this location are good people to work with. Once you get at least one year of employment, there are many transfer opportunities within the company.

Cons

Politics, inequities in benefits across the company. The local top management does not care about the employees at all, and it shows.

Pros

Pay well, management seems to genuinely care. Safety is taken very seriously.

Cons

Can be very inflexible with regards to improvements and is backwards technologically in a lot of ways. Certain people in management need to retire to open up to some fresh perspectives. Managers can be sometimes too involved and micromanage. Another review mentioned opportunities to other parts of Freudenberg, but I'm not sure that applies to my division yet.
