Pros

Weekends off, Off at 3:30. Holidays off w/ pay. Company does do nice things, like annual picnic, Christmas dinner, turkeys at Thanksgiving, even got a bonus this year for Christmas.

Cons

Not enough pay, no praise for good work. Too many busybodies. Employees need to worry about their own job and pay attention to what they are doing and not worry about if someone's hair is too long or if someone is doing a job they aren't suppose to then there wouldn't be so many screwed up kits if they did!!! Freud is too worried about projects and "fixing" things that run just fine the way they are now, instead make things worse instead of better. Need to take money and buy label machines, tape machines and baggers instead of dumping tons of money in "projects". These stupid new UPTO hours, c'mon, for real?? Things DO happen unexpectedly!!! We have lost a few dang good people who didn't abuse their hours, things happen and it is a shame you let them go. People are scared to death to call of sick, so they come in sick, in case a emergency does come up. Winter is coming, hhmm some people do live far away or out in the country. Not EVERYONE can make it to work and you only do not get docked if "X" amount of people call off. I say at least these people are making an attempt to come in and don't say "screw it" like some of your slackers, then they get docked. Not fair at all. You can tell whom the ones are who abuse their UPTO hours and who don't!!!! They keep pushing and demanding more and more but won't pay more! It is all "hurry up, we need to get this done" so they speed up lines, or make you work faster. THAT IS HOW MISTAKES ARE MADE. If you wouldn't pile so much on the schedule and have so much due at once, they could work at a normal pace and have lots less mistakes!!! We wouldn't be spending so much time going through kits! I think you need to make the line leaders have no talking PERIOD on certain kits also These line leaders know which kits have the most errors. It also seems like if you really take the time so see which person makes mistakes at stations, you see a lot of times it's the same person over and over also. Have witnessed this many times. Same goes to baggers, you can tell the chatty ones whom don't pay attention! I have had several kits not sealed or parts in the box, funny always seems to be the same person's name on the box!!! As a rover it is important to look for this before we send the kits out the door w/ missing subkit parts!
