Cons

The only Con - is if you are not a self starter - don't apply. All the folks I work with are pulling the wagon in the same direction.

Excellent people to work with. Its an environment that you are encouraged to work independently but also must be able to function in a team environment.

Cons

Activities and goals seem to focus more on immediate completion rather than long term strategic development projects. This lends more to a fire-fighting type environment which can be stressful.
