      Quality is very important and taken very seriously. You get a 20 min paid lunch, Good working hours, pretty laid back environment

      Cons

      No training matrix, Supervisors aren't helpful, HR takes sides with certain employees instead of looking at facts. To much turn over in employees without proper training.

      Great company. Lots of room for improvement. Backed by very strong German headquarters. Vileda Pro has a Global presence and very high quality, innovative product line. Strong marketing.

      Often the management can be very forceful. They expect strong results and don't always have good patience.
