There aren't many pro's to be honest.

Cons

Wouldn't keep promises or guarantees. Failed to help "grow" within the company. Worked very long hours without compensation.

I had applied and sat for the interview in December. Got my offer letter in February. It was worth the wait. The working culture is awesome especially for freshers. As a fresher I'm drawing a good salary and getting a good experience. Very professional to work here. I'd recommend applying since this company gives a good exposure internationally too.

Cons

No cons as of now yet. Prohibition period might be a little difficult. People who do not like to travel will not like sales and marketing job profile.
