      Pros

      They have put in a lot of measures to make employees feel welcomed and valued to the organization. There are growth opportunities as well as some great benefits. They have a medical clinic onsite and do a lot of employee activities that a lot of companies have cut out of their budget.

      Cons

      There are always opportunities for improvement, no company is perfect.

      Great to be part of the Freudenberg family and excited to be the Chemical Specialities Division

      Cons

      The Division moves in a different rhythm, we need to jump into IT business model support, but just a matter to speed up at catch all the great Freudenberg programs and initiatives.

      Slow company in the digital transformation, with too many stakeholders wanting to be involved in the decision taking Band salary quite limited at certain positions "People" orientation is a key value for the company, but not really implemented with clear objectives and strategies so far
