      Pros

      Although lower on the scale, pay is decent. Benefits are excellent. President encourages employees to give back to the community.

      Cons

      Hours were long. Management is not concerned with work life balance. Work comes before people. Only management receives bonuses. Favoritism is obvious across all departments.

      Pros

      I had applied and sat for the interview in December. Got my offer letter in February. It was worth the wait. The working culture is awesome especially for freshers. As a fresher I'm drawing a good salary and getting a good experience. Very professional to work here. I'd recommend applying since this company gives a good exposure internationally too.

      Cons

      No cons as of now yet. Prohibition period might be a little difficult. People who do not like to travel will not like sales and marketing job profile.
