      Pros

      Freudenberg took over a bankrupt company "Elcomax" at Munich last year, where i worked. Very nice place to learn lab establishment. Search new project partners, collaborate with universities.

      Cons

      R & D labs are in worse condition. The team is also very fresh and new, not much experienced people are working there. I did not find good and challenging project there. If you are able to speak fluent German, then good place to work. No international work environment.

      Horrific Bosses

      Pros

      Decent insurance, that's about it.

      Cons

      There is no leadership. The bosses that have been put in leadership roles are turning the plant into a sweat shop. Even the simple things have been taken away. We are treated like dogs and there is no compassion or empathy from "management."
