      The are very people oriented and care for employees most of the time.

      Cons

      There is not much room for vertical movement. They will occasionally lay off handfuls of employees with no warning.

      Pros

      Since we are a small business group within Freudenberg (FOGT) you get a ton of hands on experience. I learned so much my time there. The people - production employees are super nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Management is too old school…Not keeping up with the times. Flexibility will keep employees happy. Lack of trust. Managers have to go through so much just to get approval for anything, again lack of trust! The office is so stiff, some office employees are rude. Pay is low. Benefits are expensive for no reason.
