Lawyers are for the most part fantastic to work with

Cons

Mid-management and Human Resources. Dreadful pressure put on staff for no reason causing huge problems , more staff taking sick days due to intense bullying and stress thus higher medical costs for both the firm and staff. These people make the firm look very very bad.The Lawyers are easier and they pay the wages!!!!!

Pros

The company provides the finest job conditions, does not limit the access to the internet, does not pick if you're doing some not work-related activity at your workplace, or at least does not track strictly. Corporate parties are always held in the best places in the sity, helds wonderful corporate outings.

Cons

For support staff the salary level is below the average on the market, lower than payable by competitors. This does not apply to the lawyers.

Good experience meeting a wide variety of people. Will provide a well respected entry on anyone's CV. They offer a good benefits package offering many options.

Cons

You are expected to stay late on a fairly regular basis and there isn't really time for training or personal development.
