      Pros

      Lawyers are for the most part fantastic to work with

      Cons

      Mid-management and Human Resources. Dreadful pressure put on staff for no reason causing huge problems , more staff taking sick days due to intense bullying and stress thus higher medical costs for both the firm and staff. These people make the firm look very very bad.The Lawyers are easier and they pay the wages!!!!!
