The team based in Manchester offices are friendly, supportive, and work together very well.

Cons

The overtime policy is detrimental to staff morale and health. What was meant to be every quarter at a maximum is now almost every week, including daily extra hours and frequent Saturdays, resulting in six day weeks. Work/life balance is almost impossible.
