Pros

Get to work on number of interesting projects. Colleagues are very nice.

Cons

Work life balance can be non-existent. If you once show flexibility to help complete a project they’ll continuously try to pressure you into more and more OT. Paralegals are treated like numbers despite what they would otherwise suggest.
