Pros

Name on CV. Onsite gym.

Cons

Poor management- treated like children, do not recognise capabilities of certain members of staff, PA/EA restructure did not go to plan, mis-sold role, very boring and no room to progress. Certain areas of HR unresponsive, dated systems, everything takes an age to complete.

Pros

They used to place an emphasis on cross department collaboration which often achieved good results.

Cons

Many staff resigned during my time there as the culture became toxic. The ever increasing levels of pressure and stress also made our positions untenable. Their practice of political correctness was widely regarded as Orwellian. Multiple promotions went to unsuitable candidates.
