Pros

Partners are less stuck up than in other firms, great opportunities to work on international projects. Great vacation policy.

Cons

The culture is a bit toxic. Managerial decisions are horrible and not grounded in facts. Partners can get away with abusive behavior. There is no real commitment to diversity.

Pros

The team are lovely and everyone is supportive and friendly. The benefits in the company are very good and the office itself is nice.

Cons

There is little opportunity for development unless you are a favourite among the team, people are overworked and training opportunities are limited. Even though many members of staff work hard and go above and beyond there is little to no positive feedback from management and people consistently feel undervalued or frustrated.

Pros

A firm full of smart people doing interesting, well paid work. Decent benefits and great reputation.

Cons

Cuts over the past few years and changes to the partnership structure putting overwhelming pressure on junior people in the firm. Collegiate and positive vibes in the past morphed into a toxic, unpleasant, cut-throat atmosphere. Cuts to business services without investment in systems has led to functions failing/being run to the ground.
