Pros
A firm full of smart people doing interesting, well paid work. Decent benefits and great reputation.
Cons
Cuts over the past few years and changes to the partnership structure putting overwhelming pressure on junior people in the firm. Collegiate and positive vibes in the past morphed into a toxic, unpleasant, cut-throat atmosphere. Cuts to business services without investment in systems has led to functions failing/being run to the ground.
