      Chance to serve the medical industry and work with skilled workforce. Constant influx of new employees is exciting and interesting. Some lateral job flexility.

      Cons

      Top of class job turn over rates. No talent retention or ability to retain and build workforce. HR and safety departments are bare bones and typically backlogged.
