      Pros

      Very pros to work there. The company does pay well especially, with forced over time.

      Cons

      The training department is a joke! They plan mandatory training classes and present them as if you have already performed the work. What's the purpose of the training? You're sent away having to sign a mandatory list for the purpose of reporting and compliance for the FDA.

      Cons

      The global communication is poor and the processes involved in making decisions between different areas of the company are inefficient. Fresenius Kabi USA also does not allow much flexibility in work arrangements.
