Pros

Working with some of the latest and best technology whilst surrounded by world class engineers and data scientists allowed me to learn and be challenged every day. Even though the company was getting bigger and bigger, the culture is still like a start up, but with the stability of a bigger company. Projects are really exciting and will certainly challenge you. Awesome Hackathons. Was pushing code in my first week and able to lead a team within my first year.

Cons

They are still some teething issues which they are experiencing because of the rate they are growing as a business, but it's to be expected with any company growing this quickly. It would be good to be able to contribute more to the open source community, but I understand this is difficult because of the competitive nature of business.

Great team of people working on an awesome product. When your working at freelancer your thrown in the deepend from day one and the work you do makes a huge impact on everything the company does.

Cons

I dont really have anything negative to say? Maybe a greater variation of beers in the fridge would be awesome? ....Somthing other than asahi would be awesome haha.

Pros

There comes no greater success than the tale of the little boy that could. The opportunities to grow within the domain of Freelancer.com is both inevitable and measured by the talents listed in my own basket. I am yet to come across another entity that prides itself on the level of commitment, focus and structure to innovate the new era of digital service provisions. the endless growth has fared both potential and motivation - beyond the capacity and nature of the common corporation. The open space concept of the office is a great vision. No fishbowled staff and the idea of common ground to celebrate success and empower one another. There comes no greater satisfaction than to have the capacity to speak without fear of trends, ideas and to be surrounded by new age thinking. This is the way of the future. This is Freelancer.com

Cons

There is international envy. But at the same time a sense of global community in instilled. the highly competitive nature of being surrounded by only the best of the best in each profession and field of digital innovation comes at a price of the desire for self-improvement and to reach the eventual "one step ahead of the pack" mentality.
