What a clusterduck of a company.......

Coworkers are fantastic. Everyone in my department was very supportive of each other and we had a lot of fun at work with lots of humor and practical joking (within reason) UNION! UNION! UNION! UNION!!!!!!! Oh, did I mention we have a union?

Cons

Management for the most part were under qualified for their job. Most of them had just gotten a BA in business and had been hired straight out of their frat house and had no idea how things work in a grocery store. Their incompetence paired with an unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes was a massive problem during the years I worked there and ultimately cost them an experienced employee.

The job itself was fairly easy and it involved a lot of walking which helps one remain active throughout the day.

Cons

Management had no idea what their role was other than to assert dominance over employees. The management structure here needs major reform.
