Pros

There are many good people in the company -- at the corporate and property level -- who make coming to work worthwhile. Employee comp nights are a great perk. Four Seasons brand has a strong reputation and commands respect when dealing with owners and external partners around the world.

Cons

'Golden Rule' culture has eroded considerably during the past several years. No clear vision or direction for the company's future.
