Pros

Amazing team, great benefits, work culture, people that are truly passionate about hospitality.

Cons

Salaries are not the best, you'll also put in far more hours than a standard 40 hour work week as a manager.

job benefits and rewards, career resume booster

Cons

really bad management, hours/schedule is always a tedious issue, no work life balance, inauthentic management/coworkers, no growth or pay opportunities

Pros

Guests, Income, Benefits, Laundry, Creativity

Cons

Management, work life balance, genuine concern for employees, fairness, punitive management style instead of a teaching one. Management lacks trust in employees and singles individuals out and fishes for write reasons to write them up. Management seems to look for reasons to write employees up instead of looking for ways to build up employee.
