Pros

Good benefits, but lacking good management

Cons

Not a very flexible schedule and employees are treated more like servants in comparison to guests. Segmented to your quarters and not able to ever go into the common areas, even when off duty.

Flexible days off and complimentary nights

Cons

Split shifts, crazy hours, lack of appreciation, support and training. Chaos, stressful work environment. NOT what they presented in interview or in job advertisement. RUN the other way
