Pros
IRD pays well and can be very flexible.
Cons
There are a lot of cons to the job, from lack of resources to being disproportionately staffed, mainly under staffed in the AM's and over staffed in the PM's. This company has time and again let me down as an employee. I have worked here for 9 years and I have not seen a change in the departments. The care the company showed its employees has dwindle and has become non existent. I have spent the past 5 years attempting to move up in the company as well, following advice from both HR and Management, to seek roles in leadership which was done properly. After attending the role for 2 years and applying for a Management in training I was denied yet again, with HR stating that I need to take on some more leadership roles. I have finally given up and am moving on.
