Pros

-Culture is great -Mgmt is very supportive

Cons

-Despite selling company culture of "golden rule", FS is still a business that will always prioritize net profit first -Ultimately, pay is not worth effort and long hours, esp as a salaried employee

Pros

Many employees to interact with and befriend. Strong company culture. Great holiday parties. Pretty hotel/work environment. Complimentary nights at any property in the world.

Cons

Blatant disregard for work-life balance. They burn out their brightest stars, by working ‘eager to please’ lower level management extremely hard (long hours and emotionally and physically demanding work), and mark it up to “paying your dues”. Upper management always seemed so out of touch with day-to-day operations, oftentimes overloading middle managers with side work that then gets handed off to lower level managers. Tenured employees are enabled to act entitled, and dissent to any form of change, making the jobs of their supervisors and younger colleagues extremely difficult. Human Resources always overpromises and under delivers.
