Horrible money

Pros

They provide laundry for the uniforms nightly, and have an employee cafeteria.

Cons

The company puts all the servers' tips in a "tip pool" and then pays less than $10 an hour, keeping all the lucrative tips and paying the servers horribly.

Pros

The money was good and my coworkers were great

Cons

Managers were disrespectful, passive-aggressive and they cared more about money than about their employees which created a negative work enviornment

Pros

The guests were always kind

Cons

Upper management were bullies. Very clique and many just did not want to work. I tried very hard to accommodate them to the best of my abilities. I was on open availability, I did hosting, barista, bussing, expo, etc.. none of it mattered. Why? Well because they like certain people in certain positions and the people they liked tried to do minimum work and those who worked hard had to pick up everyone else’s slack.
