Pros

- Benefits are great, you get to stay at fabulous properties, though a bit hard to get the very best ones. - Great brand to work for, there is a sense of pride - Office culture is good with friendly people, free and high-quality lunch and regular outings, events, etc. - Most people at the middle management or lower are helpful, talented, collaborative, eager to achieve.

Cons

- Very political, senior management in particular exhibit almost an adversarial attitude to each other - a lot of "Those guys" "It's their problem" "They didn't specify it" - rather than fostering conversation and collaboration - Some managers are extreme micro-managers, to the point of selecting font colors. Too focused on how they or their team appears to their managers or others in the company. - Too much bureaucracy, for the smallest changes possible. Tied with the above, results in a lot of things not progressing. - Office location is a bit out of the way, so driving in 3 days a week is difficult.

Pros

Free lunch available while on the clock. Discounts to an extent.

Cons

Terrible Management. HR is very disappointing. Hourly employees are treated much different than salary employees. Pay does not match job expectations. I have seen many inappropriate relationships and promotions that were associated with such.

Pros

The free lunches were nice! I also appreciated the free night to get the “Four Seasons” experience.

Cons

Overall, it wasn’t the best experience. The management wasn’t great. They didn’t seem to care about anyone other than their favorites. The job itself is incredibly repetitive and, this could just be my experience, but I quickly lost interest. Some of the parents made the job difficult too. Four Seasons prided itself on a great culture and supporting their employees, but I never really saw it. Management didn’t support you, even if what you said was right or the decision you made was one you were trained to do, they would always side with the guests and leave you looking like you were incompetent.
