Pros

Average health benefits which you pay for each paycheck period. It is great to have on resume due to its global luxury brand.

Cons

Beyond lower standards for employees. Management is a joke and negativity is everywhere throughout the hotel. No proper training, abusive managers, inconsiderate slacking staff, and no support when you need it the most. Horrible work conditions. I expected so much more from this brand and it just left me disappointed. Nothing is ever really done when you bring a concern to management even though they say something will be done. The golden rule is never even applied throughout the hotel among staff members. Egos and young unseasoned managers leave the staff feeling neglected and treated unfairly. Would not recommend wasting your life away here.

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, free nights in hotels

Cons

Since it was a union, everyone was very negative about working there. I was being trained by a man who has been there for 30 years. On my first day I was told to not trust anyone there.

Pros

Great team of line staff that have been there for years. The staff passes along the tradition of what it means to be a Four Season employee to each other. We are dedicated to the quests needs and help each other.to that end. We are well compensated and the extras include free room nights ( when you can get them) , health care and 401k. The company values its' employees, and many of the perks go for everyone if you are full or part time.

Cons

Over the years the company has grown so much, that the management has been less qualified. They seem to be there as just a piece on the chess board that are waiting for their next move. Because of this, problems that do exist seem to never get solved. Employee surveys address this issues, but the issues are never addressed
