Pros

Salary is better in comparison to other hotels. Environment too is very positive. Best benefit is the free stays at any Four Seasons around the world.

Cons

Salary could still be higher for the volume of work. Seasonal contracts are never worth it. You ate left jobless and hope they just take you back for the following season.

Pros

The company has a great business structure and has many great benefits with wonderful employee culture and a ridged moral program to keep people happy and ready to do their best for the guest.

Cons

Some managers may be ill equipped or overstretched in their position which led to some questionable decisions which rippled to affect many people and their responsibilities in their positions. Some decisions caused employees to question their want to continue employment or created a desire to transfer to a different department away from the problemed manager.
